Who we are

Southern HR was founded by David Miles in 2008. With experience as HR Director of a large and complex organisation, together with success in Chief Executive roles; David deploys a blend of HR, general management skills and knowledge to both operational and strategic issues across a wide range of organisations.

David is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is a registered practitioner holding the British Psychological Society Certificate in Occupational Testing Level A&B.

David is supported by a small team of experienced and qualified HR Consultants.

Our approach

All of our services are designed to suit individual users' requirements and budgets.

Understanding that no two HR problems are likely to be identical services are provided to empower the client to make decisions on difficult employment issues.

Southern HR help to find the solution that is in the client's best commercial interest using our practical knowledge of workplace issues to guide clients through ambiguous and confusing regulations and legislation.
